I don't know how I functioned before I descovered audio books. They have enhanced my life tenfold. I download them to my IPod, listening every chance I get.  My exercise time is no longer drudgery because I'm enthralled in a Ravenous Romance novel. It seems that everywhere I go involves at least a thirty-minute drive, but I don't mind ... not anymore. Orlando is a two-hour drive, but I actually look forward to those road trips now.

By nature I'm a visual learner, so I also feel it's excellent mental exercise, training my brain to concentrate audibly. The books on my TBR list are now systematically being checked off.

Besides the IPhone and Blackberry, many other cell phones have audio book capabilities. Or, you can download a book onto your computer's media player and then burn a CD to play in your car.

Hello Ladies,

I've been shocked by what I read on blogs and watch on Utube. Women are asking if there's a difference between clitoral and vaginal orgasm. Em and Lo posted a video titled, "can women orgasm from intercourse alone," where they state that the majority of women do not have vaginal orgasm. How sad.

I am very fortunate to have an ob/gyn who supports my quest for sexual fulfillment. Dr. Daniel Stein is well qualified. Founder of the Foundation for Intimacy, he is the author of Passionate Sex: Discover the Special Power in You and the inventor of GyneFlex, an isotonic exerciser for the pelvic floor muscles (kegel). Another helpful resource is The Orgasmic Diet, by Marrena Lindberg. Regular exercise with the GyneFlex will increase blood flow and develop greater sensitivity and control. The Orgasmic Diet will enhance your sexual pleasure and teach you to avoid the orgasm killers (plus keep you slim and trim).

I am blessed to be multi-orgasmic and if you want more info, The Multi-Orgasmic Couple can be helpful (even your man can have multiple orgasms). I want every woman to have all the tools necessary for the full sexual experience.

Susie Bright says that sex is one of the most essential experiences of humanity. For me, the vaginal are intense, core muscle spasms, which radiate throughout the body. The clitoral orgasms go straight from the groin to the brain. Of course, the ultimate is getting both at once! We are so lucky girls. We were created with two!
